What you need for the perfect shave.

• Warm Water
• Wash Cloth
• Razor
• Shaving cream or shaving gel
• Mirror
• A sink
• Cool water
• a towel
• Moisturizer with sun factor (min SPF15) or Aftershave balm

First half fill your sink with warm water. wet your wash cloth with the warm water and apply the wash cloth to your face.

This will help soften the hairs on your face and open the pores.

Check that your razor blade is fresh. (maximum times a razor should be use is 7-8 times)

If you use a dull blade it will increase the chances of you cutting yourself when shaving.

Shirt a small amount of shaving cream or shaving gel onto the palm of your hand using your fingers gently spread the shaving cream or gel onto your stubble.

Start on one side of your face near your sideburns and remember to shave downwards the same way as your hair grows, using light but firm pressure.

Warning – Shaving in the wrong direction of your facial hair can cause razor burn and ingrowing hairs.

After a few strokes rinse you razor off in the warm water to stop it getting clogged with hair.

When you have finished the one side of your face from your ear to your jaw line move to the other side of your face and repeat the process and rinse off your razor.

When you have finished shaving that side of your face move to your neck and chin.

Shave this area slowly and carefully stretch the skin with one hand while shaving with the other.

If you cut yourself use a styptic pencil or a small piece of tissue to stop the bleeding.

Shave the remaining areas above and below your lip.

Then check your face to make sure you haven’t missed any hairs, if you have re-apply some more shaving gel or foam and tidy those bits up.

Empty the sink and replace with some cool water, rinse your face with the cool water to remove any traces of shaving gel or foam.

Pat your face dry with a soft towel, and then apply your shaving balm or Moisturizer there you have it the perfect shave.
